- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have to say that unfortunately I have had mixed results with this practice. I think Dr Mohan truly cares about her patients, as does her PA staff. However when it comes to providing services to anyone with chronic conditions or difficult ailments to diagnose, they really struggle and are quick to refer you out to specialists, making routine trips to the dr even worse as now you have to go see 3 or 4 of them. Additionally their constant mishandling of prescription orders/refills (even the most basic such as Blood Pressure Meds) and lack of basic "customer care" principles to fix issues when they screw up is enough to frustrate even the most understanding patient.March 18, 2017by Toby Koenig
